I Have a Droopy Eyelid Cosed by Lasik Treatment, Will This Ever Get Back to Normal?

I had lasik 3 months ago, only on my left eye, 1 week after the surgery I woke up with my eyelid covering half my eye. For a view days it was pretty bad, then it started to get better. Now my eyelid is still droopy but not as much as before, though you can see the difference between my eyes. Even more when I am tired or when I look into bright light, like on sunny day, or when I am in a dark room. Why did I get the droopy eyelid? Will it correct itself by time? and what to do if it won't?
