As long as the drink is not colored, sugar free, and cold, you should be fine. Colored drinks, stain them; surgar drinks will get inside and give you cavities in the long term; warm drinks will soften the invisalign, which will not move your teeth in desired position.
Because club soda does not have sugar or coloring, it will not have the negative effects that come with those types of drinks. However, carbonated water does have a lower pH than water does. If you are having 1-2 drinks a day, I would suggest that it should be OK while having your aligners in. If you are constantly having them throughout the day, you may want to limit it. That goes for when you have the aligners out too. Everything in moderation.
