I have gum recession and my dentist wants to bond my teeth at the gum line. I am not sure if I should do that. He’s always been a really good dentist but however don’t we need to access the gum problem first? What if my gums keep receding , is he going to keep adding bonding product to my teeth? What’s your suggestion ? I have rheumatoid arthritis for the last 20 years that could be one of the reasons for my gum problem . He knows my budget is limited. Maybe that’s why?

If the bonding has failed three times, it might be time to transition to a veneer or crown. This would be determined by the amount of tooth structure remaining. Photos would help to give you a definitive answer .
It depends on the size and the technique used if they are well adjusted, rather they help the hygiene since it prevents the food from accumulating easier. It is actually a great option, but I recommend for you to look for a well known specialist to do the job.
