What is downtime with CO2 laser resurfacing? Could it remove old microblading? (Photo)

When can I go out and look decent ? I'm having upper slower bleph with co2 laser resurfacing around yes but Dr recommended full face resurfacing. Trying to decide if it worth it. I don't like to stay home. I worked outside for 31 years. Also, crazy question but if he does my eyebrows will it remove old microblading and will hair grow back ? I want it removed . I’ve done saline removal 3 times but still have the old ink . Would like to get them redone but the color now is horrible.
