What options are there to fixing my large lateral and central incisors/flared top teeth after ortho treatment? (photos)

Your spacing and flaring can be caused by a tongue thrust or lip biting habit.  It can also happen if your initial treatment was not done properly.
Get some other opinions and figure out the cause of the movement, then you can decide to undergo further treatment to address the new underlying cause, or return to your previous provider and ask that he/she complete their work in a way that is more stable.
Aligners or braces will work, finding the cause is more important than deciding on what technique can be used to correct it.
