I’m in my 20s and do the plasma pen treatment for fuller looking lips. I’ve received the treatment 3 times and was wondering - would getting a 4th treatment do anything or do results stop after about 3 times?

For fuller lips, you need filler. Plasma pen's results will only be temporary at best and not last as long as filler.
