I’m 21 days post op and one Brest has remained hard however it is also painful and very red and hot. I’m not sure if the heat is because of the bra or is there something else going on. The other boob is soft with no pain or redness but I’ve heard that redness and heat mean infection but I’ve also heard it’s normal after only three weeks. Help please
