Stitches came out after bone graft after only 2 days, am I safe? (photos)

I got a tooth extracted and bone graft on Thursday and the stitches fell out in entirety on Saturday. I’m not bleeding, but I see the bone graft. It is hard because my dentist isn’t back in until Monday. Am I safe? Tried to get pictures, these were the best I could get with my phone.
