Should I have the root canal/crown tooth pulled due to ongoing nerve irritation/damage to chin/lower lip? Please help!

Root canal=Jan+Feb/18. Had pain/sensitivity, so filling was taken out--medicine in--medicine out-- filling in + 3x antiobiotics --wait 2mo--crown Apr/18. Jul/18=started getting symptoms that seem to get worse: When touching left side of chin or bottom lip=chin tingling...sometimes chin feels cold in places. Endodontist said to see neurologist...Dentist=x-ray tooth, said it is ok, doesn't know what is wrong. Neurologist said it might take 6-9 more months to improve, but not sure if temp/perm...

Hi There,It is not common to have cement in-bedded in gums.  It should be gotten out of there.  That is a foreign object, like a splinter and can cause pain and damage to the surrounding tissues.
