Will Lunula deliver long lasting results? How long will I have to wait in between sessions before fungus is present again?

How long do results from Lunula treatment last? Is there an ideal waiting period between sessions or should I just have this done when fungus is present? I would like to prevent infection from coming back as long as possible.
