Dental surgery or nose surgery? (photo)

i can never smile with my teeth showing it looks akward my nose seems to get wider and my lips start looking thinner. im not sure if its because my teeth are short or my gums are too long but even with my mouth closed my smile looks akward. what do i do rhinoplasty or gum constructing surgery? please help!

Gore-Tex in an isolated nasal dorsum augmentation may work well short and long term. However, if it does get infected it does need to be removed. One would have to wait at least 6 months before considering a replacement with autologous tissue or even augmentation with a hyaluronic acid filler....
