I had dental implants screwed into my gums a few months ago and they have all healed well according to my dentist.Dentist says that the next step is to put crowns on top of them. The problem is that I really don't have the money right now to do that (they cost a small fortune). My question is: what adverse implications (if any) can occur if I postpone putting in the crowns on top of the implants for a year or two (or longer)?I should mention that I currently experience no pain or any other issues.
