I got a dental implant done on one of my front teeth about 20 years ago when I was 12 or 13. And got a crown done on the tooth about 5 years ago. The crown is loose now, I went to the dentist and he said implant looks fine, but crown needs to be replaced, and for him to do that he needs information on my implant. I do not have information about my implant, and so they said they can't do anything about it basically. What do i do?
