49, female, do repeated EndyMed rf microneedling make a future facelift more difficult/dangerous?

Over the last decade I have had fairly regular (several times a year) Endymed RF Microneedling treatments. Will these past treatments make a facelift difficult/ more dangerous. I’m 49 years old female.
