Can I go for ICL? I have a very high power -14.00 in both eyes. The cornea thickness is 450.

If your retinal hole was treated
properly and is well healed, as it should be by now, you could consider an ICL
if your eye is otherwise healthy.
Peripheral retinal holes and tears are fairly common in extremely
nearsighted patients, the same population which benefits greatly from ICL surgery. Your surgeon should make certain you do
not suffer from glaucoma, visually significant cataracts, or unstable myopia.
