24yo Class 2 div 1 case overjet deep bite.. i got 2 uppper premolar extracted last year and i have a narrow jaw ..ive already consulted 3 ortho.. they said extraction is the only solution.

For a proper diagnosis, it is advisable to upload a lateral cephalogram. By looking at your photos, I feel you may also have a deficient mandible. In such a case, the ideal option would be surgical advancement of the mandible. However, most patients are not ready for that, and that is why orthodontists usually advise upper premolar extraction.

So first of all, for a proper diagnosis, cephalometric analysis is a must, and for that I would need a cephalometric X-ray. Secondly, if you are ready for surgery, then based on your photographs, I feel the best option would be mandibular surgical advancement. If you are not ready for that, then upper premolar extraction with camouflage treatment would be the best choice.

The only drawback of that approach is that your nose may appear more prominent, which is commonly described as a sparrow-face appearance.
