2 days ago had 3 implants: 2 on L side and 1 on R side. Now there is tingling and numbness on R side lips and tongue.

There is a slight inclination of the implant on my R side, where numbness on tongue and lips observed ..so if this implant is made straight , will the numbness and tingling sensation be gone ?? It is a nerve damage ? a/c to my dentist , der's a inclination of the implant on R side.

Hi:There might be incorrect bite pressure on the top denture.  I suggest to have your dentist check your bite and use a torque driver to tighten the screws.Best,Dr. Maddahi

Hi:I believe the solution to your gummy smile is not veneers.  For best long term result you need to do a orthognatic surgery to move the entire upper jaw up.Best,Dr. Maddahi
