If the white area on your face is truly a birthmark and there is no medical cause of it, I would say that the only method to completely remove it would be to do so surgically. The white area would need to be excised and ideally, you would be left with a very thin scar that would look like a small line on you face. In most cases, the line would be less noticeable than the white mark.
