VSG candidate? 21 year old female

I am 21 years old, 5'5" and weigh 268 pounds. I have been around this weight for more than 5 years now and have tried and failed continuously to get the weight off. I have suffered from back problems and have already had a microdiscectomy as a result. Would i be a good candidate for a vsg procedure?
