Thank you for your question! It is common to wait two weeks after waxing before laser hair removal to allow the new hair to grow in the hair shaft allowing the pigment of the hair to absorb the laser energy, otherwise there won't be an effect of the treatment. Best of luck!
If it has been 10 years then I doubt that color will ever return to your mole. I would advise you to look into permanent make up and have it re-tattooed with original color. Good luck!
