I had LASIK monovision surgery 6 days ago. My eyesight keeps fluctuating, but seems worse each day rather than better. One day I can see up close or at a distance and the next day I can't without blurred vision. I am healing and vision is stabilizing, however is it normal for vision to be just right and then change again? I did have one follow up visit and was told everything looks good.

It is not unusual for individuals with this kind of Refractive error to experience transient near sightedness after surgery. This usually passes over several weeks.
You can see this side effect from laser flap creation or inflammation in the flap interface.It usually does get better. But if not progressing, I would make sure the surgeon heard your concern and see him/her in the next 2 weeks or so.
Relex Smile typically heals considerably slower than Lasik. With my Lasik patients, I tell them not to reach any conclusions about the final vision for three months, so I think it is way too early to reach any conclusions about your final result. Some of my Relex Smile patients have taken longer...
