Thanks for your time and question.The healing process may vary depending on each person, but by the 6 week the healing over the staple line should be completed.Hope that you can get your surgeyy and start a new journey, in my personal experience it was the best decision I took.

Immediately after the surgery your staple line is very strong.  At one week, it is actually weaker because of the inflammatory response to the surgery.  Healing takes place as fibroblasts grow in to seal the tissue together.  By 6 weeks healing is complete.
