I've never had acne but why has my face is completely broken since I got a microdermabrasion facial back in April?

Acne after microbrasion HELP!!! I got a microbrasion facial done in April. I’ve always had clear skin it was really rare if I would even get a pimple ever since I got the facial my face has broken out like crazy I have so many bumps in my face and acne on my forehead, cheeks near my jawline. Is this normal? I’m kinda worried cause it seems to be getting worse. Will it go away or how can I get rid of it?
