Can I get my scrotoplasty during my vaginectomy?

I've read about doing this in stages but want to minimize the # of times I have to go under general anesthesia. Can scrotoplasty be done at the same time as the vaginectomy if I have enough tissue?

However, the implants would have to be placed on a separate date. The scrotum can be created at the time of the vaginectomy, but implants would be placed later. Having the implants be in communication with the urethra and the vaginectomy site would increase the risk of infection.
