I’m 6 months out of revision rhinoplasty and have had trouble breathing so I visited a rhinologist who told me my internal nasal valves are collapsed and too narrow. He wants me to meet with a plastic surgeon abut I already have spreader grafts and batten grafts that usually help with internal valve collapse. I don’t know what else to do.

There must be reasons that the surgeon asked you to wear it. You can choose a smaller one to fit your nostril. It will not make your nostril round even though you wear it for a long time.
