What can I do to make my nostrils more even? (photo)

this is a tough one because this is an area of the nose that is most difficult to operate on and deliver great results with great reliability.  Unfortunately her case you really need an in person consultation with a board certified facial plastic surgeon or board certified general plastic surgeon who focuses on nasal surgery.  This may be helped with small local flaps, surgery to reduce the internal size and shape of the nostrils, or very small cartilage implants at the rim of the nose.  Again, this is a very difficult area to treat surgically or otherwise.

Following the
advice from a surgeon on this or any other website who proposes to tell you exactly what to do based on a limited two dimensional photo without examining you,
physically feeling the tissue, assessing your desired outcome, taking a full
medical history, and discussing the pros and cons of each operative procedure
would notbe in your best interest. I would suggest you find a plastic surgeon certified
by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and ideally a member of the American Society
for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS) or facial plastic surgeon (ENT) that you trust
and are comfortable with. You should discuss your concerns with that surgeon in

Hi Dustin, I would suggest going to see a board certified plastic surgeon who specializes in facial surgery. The nostrils are something that would have to be fixed surgically. Sometimes this can be done under local anesthesia. Most importantly you should make an appointment to discuss your options in person. Good luck! 

Based on the available photos, I can see 2 things that stick out:Nasal HumpDeviated Septum or Septal Spurs on the left nostril making the nostrils unevenAside from these, your nasal vault seem to be deviated and the bridge is broad while the tip lacks definition.The best solution will be to have septorhinoplasty.Side and base view photos will help for more thorough assessment however.

There are techniques that allow for changing the flare and width of your nostril to improve their appearance.It is important that they be assessed in conduction with the rest of your nasal anatomy to achieve harmony.
