Crowns placed a week ago teeth 23 ,24,25 & 26,

A tooth can become loose with any kind of trauma, but that it usually tightens up pretty quickly.  I was hit in the mouth playing ball as a kid, the tooth healed up fine and I never needed a root canal.Another reason teeth can be loose is because the bite is not adjusted properly.  If your dentist gave you local anesthetic (Novocain) to cement your crowns, it can make it difficult for you to bite properly when he is trying to adjust your bite.  You may need to go back to him to have him recheck your bite.  This is a common problem.One of the most unfortunate reasons for a loose tooth is the the root underneath the crown has fractured or split to some degree.  When this happens it almost always means the tooth will need to be extracted because pain, infection will eventually occur and if the tooth is not removed, the tooth will one day just break off.Probably the most common reason for a loose tooth is periodontal disease that has caused loss of bone around the root of the tooth.  Based on how often we see these issues my "guess" is that it is either your bite needs adjustment or your have periodontal disease with supporting bone loss around the tooth.

when crowns are set, they are cemented with materials that are chemicals, that are special for teeth, but still chemicals, there is always a chance to have a pulp inflamed once the crowns are set, not necessary all of them, could be one, or all, this is the pain that provably you are presenting, try anti-inflammatories, for 5 days, and if still hurts, a root canal, would be necessary, another thing would be occlusal trauma, once the crown is set, now its exposed to lateral movements and masticatory forces, so this can make the crown, feel like loose,and give pain, if this is it, with a bite adjustment this would be the solution,
