I'm three weeks post rhinoplasty and my nose is twisted. Pre op I had a bulbous ,droopy tip and a hump. I asked for my nose to be refined, the hump and tip reduced. My tip looks too big and is slanting to the left. How long before I know whether it's just swelling or the cartilage has set out of line. It's still very sensitive, particularly the tip.

Answer: Crooked painful nose after rhinoplasty: Is it Just Swelling?
It sounds that you are aware that you have BDD. Unfortunately, you may have pushed so hard on your nose that you tore one of your nasal cartilages loose from the nasal bone resulting in collapse when you breathe in. If this is the case it will probably not heal by itself...
Taping the nose after a rhinoplasty can help to reduce swelling. It will not, by itself, help to support the tip three months after your procedure. Your nose will change quite a bit over the next six to twelve months and I hope that you achieve the result that you desire.
