Top bonded retainers messing up bite, causing jaw pain

So I recently got a bonded retainer on the top two teeth to close a gap that opened up after a got a dental cleaning, but know my bite is off, and I’m having jaw pain along with headaches. What should I do? Should I worry or should I wait to see if my bite will adjust.

If the retainer is affecting your bite, you should have it adjusted. Don't wait, as that could cause more issues. The retainer should be moved or adjusted so you aren't biting on it. Not only is it affecting your bite and causing headaches, it also won't last long with continuing to bite on it. It will eventually break or debond from your teeth.
