Any sleeping tips for post-op septoplasty?

I had seplotplasty yesterday and although I do take lots of naps, I struggle to sleep at night because all of a sudden I wake up when I feel my nostrils breathing in my packing (on the left). How can I avoid doing this (if possible)? ㅡNaomi
