Is their anything I could do to correct my thumb? (Photo)

I was born with an extra thumb. I had surgery on it to have it removed when I was younger but now my thumb is crooked. Is their anything I could do to fix this in the future?

The middle joints do seem to be somewhat prominent.  Whether this represents an arthritic problem (which may require treatment) or simple scarring in the tissues around the joint ( the joint capsule) cannot be determined without an exam and possibly x-rays.  A good place to start would...

 reducing seize hands and fingers it póssible first begining with only one hand and multiple wiring each fingers and hand bones ( surgical time about 6 to 8 hrs and 2 surgical teams) 3 months  later  the second  hand and the same procedure  to  reduce fingers...

Sorry, as a board-certified plastic surgeon and added certification in Surgery of the Hand, I don't believe there is a cosmetic or reconstructive option that safely and reliably can decrease the length and bulk of fingers.-Dr. Sam Fuller
