Am I Considered a Good Candidate for Bbl and Lipo?

You are a good candidate for laser liposuction (SmartLipo) and fat transfer. As you mentioned, your buttocks are already in a lifted position. You have room for improvement in the area of your waistline, abdomen as well as fat transfer to the outside of your buttocks to give you a heart shaped bottom and minimize the square appearance. Additional contouring of tour legs will also optimize this result.

Overall, body looks nice, and feminine.  Unless there is a specific change you strongly desire, stick with non-surgical measures:  Lean diet, regular fitness, clothing choices that accentuate your assets and conceal liabilities, and developing your style: cosmetics, hair, accessories.  Surgery is an adjunct to the above.  Some lipo of waist to narrow and buttocks to round is minor, and usually successful procedure, but don't expect your measurements to change by inches... you don't appear to have that much fat.  Even though your submitted photos are good, still, in person exam by surgeon will give you better idea of what to expect.
