My dentist said he can restore my tooth #28 by all of the above and tooth #15 by all except a crown. He mentioned that crown requires the most shaving of my tooth and inlay/onlay requires about 15% to 30% more shaving compared to a composite filling but generally lasts longer. My main goal is to preserve my natural tooth structure as much and for as long as possible and I probaby grind my teeth at night occasionally. Cost is not a concern. What may be the best choice?
