Would I be able to have composite bonding on both lateral incisors to lengthen them? (photos)

If your lateral incisors at one point before they wore were the same length as your centrals and you liked the appearance, then absolutely go for it.  Check some old photos of your smile to see.  However, in general lateral incisors are not the same length as centrals.  

Lateral incisors are supposed to be shorter than your central middle incisors. You can can your lateral incisors longer but that will not look natural. Your central incisors do need some trimming (odontoplasty) to straighten out the insical edges so they’re not slanted.
