Complications following Amalian filler in tear troughs. Could Kenalog help?

In April 2019 I received tear trough filler. Since the treatment, Ive experienced intermittent swelling under both eyes. Every couple of weeks, I wake up and 1 of my under eyes is swollen, tender, and red. It lasts days to 1 week. went back to the clinic and they suggested melting it away. it did not fix the swelling and now my eyes are also lumpy. Could Kenalog help? Not sure what to do next. The clinic in question is not being helpful.

Volume and contouring of the face and temples can be created with well-placed fillers (Voluma, Radiesse, Bellafill) and Sculptra. Implants or fat are alternatives. Kenalog and Vitrase can assist in removing the filler depending on the filler type. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a facial sculpting expert to go over your desired results and recommendations. I have not used this filler since it is not approved by the FDA for use in the USA. However, to my understanding, it is a hyaluronic acid based filler and should dissolve with hyaluronidase injection. It may require more than one session to dissolve all of the filler.
