I have had my braces for nearly 4 years but I haven't gone to get my braces tightened for almost 3 years because we can't afford it. Some pieces have fallen out, like the wires. We moved to another state. So I was pnderin if another orthodontist can remove what is left of my braces ?

Yes, braces can push upper teeth back...the problem is...back to where?without upper spaces or upper extractions you would have to push ALL the upper teeth backward...a very hard thing to do! You also have to come up with some force to push them back...headgear? elastics from the lower...
Assuming that you have done everything that was asked of you (keeping appts, etc) I would immediately get a second opinion!Just a guess (as I do not have ANY information about what you looked like at the start) but I think you needed teeth out for crowding...without enough room the doctor...
