Can I have a PDO thread lift done if I am on blood thinners?

I am having a heart PFO closure surgery in a catheter lab - a relatively simple procedure, but I will be on a prescription blood thinner (Plavix plus a baby aspirin) for a few months. Will I be able to have a thread lift or even microneedling? Would it affect healing and results or just cause bruising? Thank you!
