I use derma roller (0.5 mm) on my head twice per week to stimulate growth for new hair. Recently I discovered that I have some moles on my head under the hair ( can't be seen if you're not really close). My question is: Can the derma roller do some bad side effects on the moles like skin cancer and such ? I'm asking because I've always heard that you should not play or excessively touch a mole. Thanks.
