Is it possible to get surgery to fix my mouth, my smile and show more of my upper teeth? I hate my smile, it makes me ugly.

My upper teeth hard show when I smile. My smile is so ugly. I feel like a persons smile has everything to do with a pretty face. I want to know if there is a surgery or any type of procedure to help fix it. When I put my finger inside my mouth to the top of my upper teeth it is right at the base of my nose. When I open my mouth, my bottom teeth show but not my top ones. If you know of anything that can give me a pretty smile, I want to know where to get a consultation at because I am desperate.
