I had Lasik 4 weeks ago. My right eye is dryer, blurrier, and I don't have as much sensation in it as the left. Healing slower?

Is there a possibility that I'm healing slower? I had my follow up and they said thieving looked good, prescription and all. Funny thing is I can see better in the right but the sharpness isn't there. I've also noticed my left eye will tear now but the right tone won't. I also can feel wind in my left eye but not right.

Post Lasik dry eye is a common problem and sometimes your own prepuce in two eyes may vary. It is not a reflection of slower healing. It may be dependent  on pre surgery dryness, magnitude of eye power i.e. corrected in each eye continuously using lubricating eye drop and some protective glasses when you are in windy atmosphere.

Everyone heals at their on rate and pace and sometimes one eye heals faster than the other.  In any event, one of the most common side effects of LASIK is dry eyes.   Use frequent non preserved artificial tears to aid in the healing, vision and comfort.  If you cannot keep up with the drops, your doctor can temporarily close off the tear drain which will keep the tears in your eyes and aid the healing.
