I have been applying an at home Glycolic Acid 35% peel once a week for a month now, and my skin is tolerating it very well. Am I able to apply it two times a week, or should I just increase the strength of the Glycolic Acid and remain at once a week?

First of all you should not be putting this on at home. Acid is nothing to play with. you have post inflammatory hyperpigmentation which is not easy to treat. See a board certified dermatologist
A light glycolic acid peel usually does not produce any bumps afterward. Was something applied after the peel that may have done this? at any rate this should clear without any sequelae
