Four weeks ago I had a failed implant extraction and bone graft on tooth no. 9. My gums were cut back to my nose (I had no idea I was having something so invasive).. Now my facial features have changed. My nice is a bit wider, my lip area (below my nose) is a bit protruding. And I have lost my wide, pretty smile (it’s very tight Above my lip when I smile and I have to strain a bit). Could this still be from swelling? Should I be completely healed by now?
