Will my class 2 elastics bring my maxilla back? (Photo)

I'm currently under going orthodontic treatment I have a class 2 div 1 minor overbite and overjet. I'm 5 months into treatment expanding my dental arcs with no extractions. The question is will the class 2 elastics bring my maxilla back where it's going to effect my facial structure? And is there any other way to bring lower teeth forward without retracting the uppers?

Answer: It looks like you have a small airway and forward head posture. Orthopedics can improve airway orthodontics does not.
