Like many, I failed to wear my retainer after braces. As a result, my top teeth have become crowded again. Can Invisalign treat the top, or would I need to have the bottom retainer removed and treat both top and bottom? I don't have any bite problems as of now, and the problem with my top teeth is mainly cosmetic.

If the orthodontic movement is already complete and you have anterior contacts with the lateral incisors. You may want to consider some chairside bonding or porcelain veneers to achieve the look you desire. Good Luck!
I generally do not recommend Invisalign for children in mixed dentition. (They still have baby teeth). Invisalign does not offer the flexibility that you would have with braces and is not able to address many of the structural bite problems that you might find in younger children....
It depends on your goals - braces would likely provide a more ideal end result, where invisalign would work for some esthetic correction. I would recommend consultation with your local orthodontist to determine your options as there will be many factors to consider.
