I would like to fix my smile by my wedding 14 months from now. I have crowding on my upper and lower teeth. I also have a crossbite that an orthodontist said would be very difficult to fix at my age and could only be done with surgery. As my bite has never been a problem for oral care, I've decided I'm only interested in correcting my smile cosmetically. How long will invisalign, fastbraces, or regular braces take for me? Will I see results in 9 months? Or should I explore instant ortho instead?

DON'T do lumineers,  Go to a good orthodontic specialist, tell him exactly what your problem is, exactly how much time you have, use fixed braces (clear if you want them)  from a real orthodontist and have him do everything he can as fast as he can.  I am an orthodontist  have seen this problem often.  We can almost always work out a way to get you to your wedding looking great .   If the problem is really severe I have even done as much as we can before wedding, take the braces off, go get married and then come back later after wedding and finish up if we have to. We want you looking and feeling great at your wedding.

Out of the options you suggested, I would recommend Invisalign.  I would not recommend "FastBraces" for anybody, and it is not an endorsed company of the American Association of Orthodontics.  Orthodontic treatment is the best option to resolve your crowding, and you will need to have a consultation done to find out if you are a candidate for Invisalign.  Good luck!
