I got PRK a couple of days back. Today my optometrist checked for vision and noticed an improvement from -2.5 to 0.25. Opthalmologist mentioned that epithelium in one eye is healed and the other eye is healing. I had great vision all day until I slept for few hours in the evening and suddenly my vision became blurry. Is this normal?

Wearing the glasses corrects the small leftover prescription so you will see better with that without them.Wearing them won't compromise the healing. How steroids drops are used after PRK can help or hurt the final outcome. Make sure you get monthly follow up with the surgeon for a few months.
