I am a scientist and engineer. The lower left jaw Implant felt loose and went to dentist who implanted the tooth. It would not unscrew the crown and it appeared that the threads would not function properly.

Absolutely, implant placement and bone grafting are usually done at the
same time with rare exceptions. If the
implant can be stabilized, that is show no movement at initial placement, then
grafting is not only possible, but preferred.

Thanks for posting photos. in your case ideal treatment is braces treatment. as i can see u have rotated lateral incisor. so if u choose to go with crown, good amount of tooth reduction is required. and due to rotation there is not enough space to accommodate new crown in that space.
