Currently, I have been removing my aligners whenever I drink anything except water. I was wondering if it would cause problems if I drank sugar free sparkling water, such as La Croix, Pellegrino, or Perrier when wearing my trays? Thank you!

It may work fine BUT the Express product does not allow the dentist to do much in the way of refining the result if you do not achieve the results in the 10 aligners this product provides. You would have to absolutely be compliant with your doctor's wear instructions to have a chance....
