Once the doctor determines what is causing your hair loss, a solution will come up.

As you have been advised, it is time for you to get an in-person consultation with a local dermatologist and get a diagnosis.  Likely, this is not a problem amenable to hair transplantation, but you never know.  There are going to be blood tests and at least one biopsy (if not more) to get to the bottom of this.
