I'm supposed to put my 3rd set of trays in tonight and when I got them out of the package I noticed what looks to be a possible defect. There is an extra line of plastic on the very back molar space. I'm not sure if it's a defect or if it's supposed to be there for some reason? It wasn't on any of my other trays and I'm worried that it's going to keep my tray from fitting properly. I do plan on calling my dentist but the office isn't open today. Can anyone help?

It's my request to upload a side view photo with relaxed lips, so I can guide you for the extraction or not. but if your teeth are proclined, then extraction is the best option.
as you said the regular visits are not possible, then Invisalign is the best option for you.
and for extraction...
I have had this happen with my patients. Sometimes toward the end of the 2 week period of wearing your aligner it weakens and can develop that space. If everything else is tracking then it should be fine. You might also want to discuss this with your dentist at your next visit. Hope this helps.
